”My principal idea with this septet was to write several short movements, which would be inter-foiled with recitation or text improvisation,
inspired by the music and it’s shifting moods and characteristics.
For this task, the Swedish author Björn Ranelid was approached, as he famously and willingly speaks without manuscript. This cooperation led to a number of very enjoyable and unpredictable concerts.
